Our fund is specially designed to invest alongside business angels and syndicates.
We back high potential Poland-based businesses together with strong group or syndicate of private angel investors who are looking to make a good commercial investment.

The fund makes initial investments together with business angels up to

EUR 4 million

in order to support high potential businesses and give them the capital they need to develop and propel growth.

Focus

The fund invests across Poland and will consider proposals for businesses at all stages of development, with main focus on post-revenue stage.

Companies must qualify as an SME. We mainly focus on ICT, autonomous technologies, electronics, new materials, biotechs, new models of services provision.

The critical criterion in securing investment from POMERANGELS is the presence of a strong group or syndicate of private angel investors who are looking to make a good commercial investment. We have more than 100 business angels in our network so we can find proper coinvestors for our investments.
